AGENDA
1. PRACTICE
a. Be on time! Practice will start at 5:30pm
b. Water is used during practice not Gatorade. Gatorade is used to replenish what the body has lost (Electrolytes) during practice.
Gatorade is good after practice.
c. Wear sweats or shorts no jeans.
d. Running shoes or spikes.
2. SPIKES
a. Meets
b. Practice
c. Purchase 12 spikes for $2.00 (upon availability)
3. TRACK MEETS
a. Have your athlete at the meet at the requested time.
b. If you have arranged your athlete to ride with one of the coaches you must fill out a "Liability Form."
c. If your athlete is on a relay or doing a special event he/she may have to stay longer.
d. Palmdale High School parking lot on 20th and Ave R (eastside) will be the designated area for pick up/carpooling to track meets.
4. COMPLAINTS
a. If there are any concerns please inform your athlete coach after practice. If it is not resolved all complaints will be directed to Coach Eric
(President of the Palmdale Bullets Track Club).
b. Parents please be on your best behavior.
5. Fundraiser will be announced (fundraiser ideas would be greatly appreciated)
6. Uniform & Sweats coordinator-Coach Eric McDaniel
7. Team colors are green and white
COORDINATORS NEEDED:
1. Photographer
2. Trophies
3. Times
4. Clerk of Course:
a. Responsible for recording the name and number of each athlete, assign each athlete to the proper heat and starting position.
b. Responsible for giving all necessary instructions concerning the rules governing the race.
c. Make sure shoes/spikes and uniform comply with rule book and manual.
