2018′ Cross Country practice/sign ups will take place at Pelona Vista Park,Palmdale from 6p-730p August 14,15,and 16..Ages: 5yrs-16yrs..Fee: $150.00 per child,and $5 discount per additional child per family..Includes: uniforms,trophy,pics,and banquet. What is cross-country?
Cross country running is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on natural terrain. Cross country is considered a long distance event.

Time: Walk through will begin at 8:00 am, and the first race will be at 8:45 am. Races will start approximately every 15 minutes and will overlap. Youth and Intermediate will race at the same time.
*VUS Invitational Meet Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 8 individual places (at finish line).
Participant ribbon to top 25, Team Trophies awarded to top team in each age division.
